The APOLLO suite of products tracks a bill from the beginning of drafting until it reaches the executive's desk or is disposed, and eliminates the confusion and possible errors of multiple data entry.

APOLLO Modules

  • Bill Drafting - This module of APOLLO is designed as a complete text management tool that will utilize an off the shelf word processor while giving your drafters on-line access to the state's legislative resource centers.
  • Enrolling & Engrossing - After a bill passes the house, the E&E module automatically consolidates all amendments and revisions into a new, updated version of the bill.
  • Floor Systems - APOLLO's floor system products track all new information, as well as changes the document may undergo during its legislative lifespan. This module maintains a complete record of every procedural legislative event that occurs in the chamber, and these systems keep the Bill Status systems up-to-date.
  • Bill Status - Fed by other products from APOLLO, the Bill Status system is one that tracks both the current state of legislative documents and their history of legislative actions. Each user can query an individual document or define groups of documents they wish to track.
  • CHASY - The Chamber Automation System element within APOLLO gives peripheral staff similar access to the system each lawmaker will utilize on the chamber floor.
