Novanis' highly trained technical personnel take pride in
their expertise with all phases of hardware troubleshooting and
maintenance for the most advanced products of top manufacturers
such as HP/Compaq, IBM, Cisco, Sun, Intel and many more. The
following list represents the hardware and peripherals we cover:
- PCs (desktops, laptops, PDAs)
- Servers (Intel, UNIX)
- Storage Devices (SAN, NAS)
- Network Devices and Accessories (routers, hubs, bridges, cables)
- Mainframe (controllers, monitors)
- Printers and Scanners
Novanis' Technical Service Department handles warranty services,
out-of-warranty agreements, time-and-materials based calls, and periodic
maintenance checks. Extended-hour coverage can be available for both
warranty and post-warranty service options.
Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until
5:00 PM for warranty issues--and also available through our Block
Hour Agreement. Outsourced personnel are available
for on-site support help desks.
We also maintain extensive parts inventories in various locations.
Several hundred different spare parts are in stock, chosen on the
basis of past customer demand. Our warehouses conduct monthly analyses
of the parts used to determine parts inventory levels.
