What is WSCA – NASPO?

WSCA – NASPO is a cooperative purchasing organization founded in 1993. In the two decades since initiation, the program has been immensely popular, allowing state entities to procure contracts without suffering through the lengthy bidding process. Who is Eligible?

All government entities within a state are eligible to use WSCA – NASPO contracts, IF the government has the legal authority to use their home state’s contract

Examples: WSCA Member States, Eligible Political Subdivisions, State Departments, Agencies, Cities, Counties, Public Education Entities (K-12 and Higher Education)
